(Get in, Get it done and Get on with your day.)  Just Sweat will provide you with an instructor lead 30-minute workout that is perfect for all fitness levels!

Workout Details

Just Sweat is ideal for a wide range of fitness levels because of how easily it can be modified to be more or less challenging. It’s a great total body training routine for intermediate exercisers, even advanced exercisers will break a sweat over the course of this 30-minute training program.

Just Sweat training times:

Mornings:

  • Monday – Friday  5:00 / 5:30 / 6:00
  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:30
  • Saturday 7:00 / 7:45 / 8:30

Evenings:

  • Monday – Thursday  4:30 / 5:00 / 5:30 / 6:00
  • Friday 5:00
